Avocado Smoothie

Daily Eats Avocado SmoothieI would never have believed that avocado would taste so good as a drink, until I created a smoothie with avocado. Thanks to some urging from Petra Kopf, I gave this recipe a try.

Half avocado
1 ripe frozen banana
1 apple
1/2 cup of almond milk
Small quarter inch of ginger
Agave syrup [optional]

Using a blender start with the banana then add avocado, apple and almond milk. Blend until almost smooth then add in the ginger. If you desire a sweetener add the agave syrup.

Its refreshing!
